SysTestPro stores the information you and your team enter while using the application, including test definitions, test runs and results, tester comments, labels, notes, and any files you attach. We also store the account information needed to sign you in, such as your name and email address.

How we use it

This information is used solely to provide the SysTestPro service to your organization - for example, displaying your tests and test runs, tracking status changes, and letting you export your own data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data isolation

SysTestPro is multi-tenant: every record is tagged with your organization's tenant, and the application enforces that you can only see data belonging to your own tenant.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account or tenant remains active. If you would like data deleted, please get in touch via the Contact page.
